We don’t make financial, legal, or medical decisions for clients and
can’t promise technology will be problem-free, but we can help
people feel more prepared and less alone.
How it works
A simple, low-stress process designed for older adults and the people
who care about them.
1
You reach out.
Use the “Book a Session” button or call to share who needs help,
where you’re located, and what’s going on with the technology.
2
We confirm details.
We follow up to confirm the visit time, location, and any
specific devices or questions to focus on.
3
In-home visit.
We come to the home, move at a comfortable pace, and pause
as needed. A family member or caregiver is welcome to join.
4
Wrap-up & next steps.
Payment is due at the time of the visit unless we’ve planned
something different ahead of time. We review what we did and
suggest simple next steps or practice ideas.
About ElderTech
ElderTech exists to make everyday technology feel less scary and
more supportive for older adults and their families.
Many people are handed new devices with little explanation and are
expected to “just know” how to use them. ElderTech slows things down,
uses plain language, and focuses on what truly matters: staying
connected, independent, and informed.
We’re based in Rockland, Maine, and familiar with the realities of
older homes, spotty internet, and busy caregivers. Visits are
personalized and can be scheduled by the person themselves,
an adult child, or another trusted supporter.
Contact
Whether you’re reaching out for yourself, a parent, or a neighbor,
we’ll keep things simple and human.
We typically respond within one business day to confirm details or
suggest times.
Using the form simply lets us know you’d like to talk about services.
Final bookings, timing, and fees are always confirmed clearly before
or at the visit.
